If you need to get support from KeepKey, the only way to do so is by using Discord. Discord is an online platform that is designed to bring people together. It's a great way to talk with others, share ideas, and get answers to questions. It's also a great way to get in touch with KeepKey support.

How to open a ticket
In Discord, you can open up a ticket from the Contact Support room. Click the Contact Support button and fill out the dialogue box.
Configure Settings
Before getting in touch with KeepKey support, its important to make sure that your audio and microphone settings are live. This will help ensure that your communication with KeepKey support is clear and uninterrupted.
Understand the Support Channels
KeepKey members will never DM you first. If a user is asking you to share information or share your screen, you can verify they are a KeepKey member by looking at their tag. Only KeepKey support members will be able to see the content you post in the support thread.
